Welcome to Tweenish! There’s a ton of stuff going on in the ramp-up to the High School Musical 2 premiere August 17 so let’s dive in! Can’t wait until the soundtrack release on Aug. 14? Also, set your DVRs for Good Morning America THIS THURSDAY (Aug. 2) to catch a special performance! You can even submit a video question to the HSM2 cast. What would you ask them? Also Thursday, to add to your already-in-progress Summer of Zac, Mr. Efron will appear on the View, and he recently shot a cover for Rolling Stone!ONE LAST note… err.. today about HSM2 (plenty more to come, don’t worry!) I MUST get this! No release date but seriously, I’m SO in.If you liked the Transformers movie, get set for more cartoon characters you didn’t see the first time around! (Which diminishes the possiblity it will ruin your childhood memories of them! Just wait… in 15 years there will be a sub-par live action Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends movie on the big screens… YOU’LL SEE!) Anyway, adding to the He-Man, Thundercats and Alvin and the Chipmunks roster, a script for G.I. Joe is in the works and the big screen gets Smurfy in November 2008.I think I’ll start using "smurf" in random places to get ready for the event, as in "Hey!
